We had an incredible day yesterday at Foothills. Started a new message series called, Back In Black. It's about finances.

Money messages usually freak some people out, but as bad as things are economically for people, everyone seemed extremely receptive.

I issued a tithing challenge for 90 days. I'm not sure how many people signed up for the challenge, but there is a huge stack of cards! All of you who said "yes", better buckle your seat belts because God is about to do something great in your lives!

I told a story about a guy who put in his offering check with a note that said that he was only going to give half of his tithes one week because he said he only enjoyed half of the service! Unbelievable!

Also we have another huge stack of cards of people who will be going through the Financial Learning Experience on October the 29th with Joseph Sangl. (Joe is on a crusade to help people get their finances in order). Joe also wrote the book, "I was Broke. Now I'm not!"

It's not too late to take the tithing challenge or sign up for the Financial Learning Experience ---you can do it this weekend.
