A couple of thoughts about what's been going on in no particular order:
* Had an amazing time on vacation. Got to spend quality time with my family.
* The weather didn't cooperate very well this year. The seas were consistently choppy for pretty much the entire time we were gone, which makes it a bit tough to take the boat offshore to fish. We did manage to get out some though!
* Really missed being with the Foothills Community Church family for worship. I'm thankful for such an amazing staff. I literally have no worries while I'm gone.
* Both Pastor Brian Rhodes and Pastor Justin Terry knocked it out of the park delivering their messages.
* Our Kids camp starts today. This is the largest group we have ever taken. Please pray for them.
* This past Sunday evening we had a preview service for our Habersham County campus. It was an awesome evening. About 120 people came out. I was so impressed with the facility. This will be a great place to launch on September 15th.
* There are so many big things coming up in the next couple of months at Foothills Community Church. One of the big things will be the Fall launch of Groups. Groups are a fantastic way to meet people, and get connected at Foothills, and you will grow spiritually too! Stay tuned for more details.
